Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00064 is to be contained within a specially designed chamber measuring no smaller than 6m x 6m x 6m. The chamber must have no windows or any other source of natural light, with UV lamps installed within the room to provide constant visible-UV light. The temperature of the containment chamber must not exceed 25°C. One (1) Class D personnel is to be stationed outside the chamber at all times to monitor any changes in SCPA-EN-00064's behavior. Entry into the chamber is strictly prohibited, except under circumstances involving research purposes, and only under the supervision of Level 3 personnel or higher.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00064, also known as "The Shade Weaver," is a humanoid entity measuring approximately 174cm in height, with no discernible facial features. SCPA-EN-00064's body is covered in a black, nearly matte-like substance simulating an appearance of clothing, with no visible seams or openings. Testing has shown that SCPA-EN-00064 does not have a complex cardiovascular system or an internal organ structure, although it is capable of limited movements.

SCPA-EN-00064 is capable of manipulating shadow, which it uses to its advantage by attacking its prey. SCPA-EN-00064 has shown that it prefers to ambush its victims at night, using nearby shadows as cover. Once SCPA-EN-00064 has made physical contact with its target, SCPA-EN-00064 will begin to drain the target's energy, causing significant exhaustion and physical deterioration. Continued physical contact with SCPA-EN-00064 will lead to eventual death.

Additional Information:
Attempts at interviews with SCPA-EN-00064 have been met with failure. SCPA-EN-00064 does not respond to any forms of communication, and halting its attacks seems to be outside of its control. Based on its predatory behavior, it is believed that SCPA-EN-00064 is a higher-order predator that evolved to prey upon other organisms to survive. It is currently unknown how SCPA-EN-00064 came into existence or if there are others like it.
