Description:
SCPA-EN-00213 is a small hourglass measuring approximately 7 cm (2.8 inches) in height. It is made out of clear glass with a wooden base. There are markings on the wood that identify the object as "The Time Looping Hourglass". The hourglass is constantly filled with a black sand that has the property of reversing time within a 10-meter radius sphere when the hourglass is turned over.
When SCPA-EN-00213 is first activated, a countdown of exactly five minutes will begin. Once the five minutes are up, the object will automatically reset to its original state before the sand starts flowing. Any objects and individuals within the 10-meter radius sphere will also be reset to the state they were in when the hourglass was turned over.
