Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00294 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber at Site-██. SCPA-EN-00294's chamber must be equipped with one (1) canvas, 12x12ft in size, along with the necessary painting materials. SCPA-EN-00294 shall be allowed to paint one (1) canvas per week. Once SCPA-EN-00294 has completed a painting, it is to be removed and documented carefully by a Class-D personnel.

As SCPA-EN-00294's anomalous properties are triggered by vivid imagery and sensory stimuli, any imagery which could be perceived as disturbing or violent must be avoided in the immediate vicinity of SCPA-EN-00294, both in visual and audio form.

Personnel assigned to SCPA-EN-00294 must wear audio suppressors at all times if they are in the same room as SCPA-EN-00294. Any testing or experimenting conducted on SCPA-EN-00294 requires approval from at least three level-3 or above personnel.

SCPA-EN-00294 is allowed to listen to one (1) audio recording per day, to be selected from a playlist that has been approved by a level-3 or above personnel, which must be made up of musical or ambient sounds. The selected audio recording shall be played softly in the containment chamber through a pair of noise-canceling headphones for the duration of SCPA-EN-00294's listening session.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00294 is a middle-aged human male who has the ability to paint images of past events that he or someone else has experienced. When SCPA-EN-00294 is exposed to a vivid sensory stimuli or an image with a high degree of detail, he is able to recreate an image of what was, or could have been seen. He appears to have no control over the contents of the paintings as they seem to be spontaneously generated in his mind.

SCPA-EN-00294's memories seem to be linked to his emotional state, the more emotionally invested SCPA-EN-00294 is in a memory, the more vivid and detailed the painting will be. SCPA-EN-00294's paintings are able to give an accurate representation of certain events in history that could be used for historical purposes. However, the images produced by SCPA-EN-00294 may have an emotional impact on the viewer watching them, due to the feelings which the SCPA-EN-00294 experienced when recalling the memory.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00294 has shown signs of depression and anxiety as a result of his condition. Psychological counseling is provided to SCPA-EN-00294 twice a week to help mitigate these effects.

SCPA-EN-00294 has been known to have outbursts if exposed to any stimuli which could be perceived as violent or disturbing. Any personnel interacting with SCPA-EN-00294 must be aware of this and take precautions to avoid triggering SCPA-EN-00294's anomalous properties.

SCPA-EN-00294 is only to be used for historical purposes if approved by at least two level-3 or above personnel, and must be viewed only under controlled circumstances.
