Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00352 is contained in a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-██. The walls and floors of the cell MUST be coated with tungsten to prevent SCPA-EN-00352 from leaping out of the cell. SCPA-EN-00352's cell must be equipped with a camera and a speaker to observe SCPA-EN-00352 at all times. Any attempt to approach SCPA-EN-00352's cell will require approval from no less than two Level 4 personnel. Any personnel with clearance to interact with SCPA-EN-00352 must be accompanied by at least two other security personnel at all times in a four-meter circle around SCPA-EN-00352.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00352 is a humanoid entity that resembles an Olympic-level athlete and often referred to as "The Leaping Phantom." It has a height of 1.9 meters and weighs approximately 85 kg. SCPA-EN-00352 possesses incredible leg strength and fast reflexes, which allow it to perform incredible jumps and acrobatic feats. Its anomalous abilities enable it to leap to heights of up to 50 meters in a single bound and travel up to 100 meters per jump. It also has the ability to run on vertical surfaces and jump from wall to wall, making it an extremely mobile entity.

SCPA-EN-00352 is not hostile by nature, but it has attacked personnel when threatened. SCPA-EN-00352 is capable of scaling walls and that is why its containment procedures require walls to be coated with tungsten to prevent SCPA-EN-00352's escape. It is recommended that personnel near the containment area use high-speed vehicles or helicopters to escape potential attacks.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00352 was initially discovered when several amateur parkour enthusiasts reported seeing a "parkour ghost" jumping through a forest in the French Alps. The French police began to investigate the sightings and eventually discovered SCPA-EN-00352. After capturing SCPA-EN-00352, the French police contacted the SCPA Foundation for assistance in, containing and studying it.

At first, SCPA-EN-00352 was very cooperative, but after a few months, it began to show signs of hostility towards Foundation personnel. It managed to escape on multiple occasions, resulting in the deaths of dozens of security personnel. SCPA-EN-00352's containment cell was modified to prevent its escape after these incidents.
