Due to SCPA-EN-00253's abilities to freely manipulate time, containment has proven difficult. Any attempts at physical restraints have failed, as it can simply rewind time to escape. Instead, the Foundation has established a dedicated task force, TF-253 "Chrono Hunters", trained in neutralizing SCPA-EN-00253's effects.

Members of TF-253 utilize specialized equipment including time displacement fields, temporal stasis devices, and chronokinetic disruptors. Any sightings of SCPA-EN-00253 must be reported immediately to TF-253, which will respond within 30 minutes at most.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00253 is humanoid in appearance and possesses the ability to manipulate time. It can "jump" forward or backward through time, effectively rendering it immune to conventional weaponry and restraints. At present, it is unclear how SCPA-EN-00253 is able to accomplish this.

SCPA-EN-00253 is also capable of making changes to the timeline by jumping back and altering past events. This leads to potential timeline anomalies and paradoxes. Changes made by SCPA-EN-00253 persist in future timelines, creating potential chain reactions of alterations.
