Description:
SCPA-EN-00092, also known as "Dream Weaver," is a humanoid entity with the ability to manipulate and control the dreams of individuals within a radius of approximately 15 meters. SCPA-EN-00092 appears as a tall, slender individual with long limbs and fingers. SCPA-EN-00092's face is obscured by a black hooded cloak, and its skin is snow white with no discernible pores, hair, or other features.

When SCPA-EN-00092 is within range of an individual while they are asleep, it will insert itself into their dreams and manipulate the dream to suit its desires. SCPA-EN-00092 has been observed to manipulate dreams in a manner that can induce extreme fear, paranoia, and psychological distress in the affected individual. In some cases, SCPA-EN-00092 has been able to cause the affected individual to experience physical pain or discomfort within the context of their dream that can carry over into the waking world.

SCPA-EN-00092 has also demonstrated the ability to read the memories and thoughts of individuals it is manipulating within their dreams. This has led to concerns about potential breaches of sensitive information in individuals with access to classified material.
