Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00184 is kept in a soundproof containment unit at Site-██. It is to be monitored at all times by two on-site personnel wearing soundproof headphones. No personnel are to enter SCPA-EN-00184's containment cell without adequate hearing protection. SCPA-EN-00184 is to be kept supplied with playing instruments, as well as any requested sheet music. All other items are to be pre-approved by at least two Level-3 personnel.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00184 is a humanoid entity wearing a black tuxedo, gloves and a white mask over its face. SCPA-EN-00184 is approximately 1.9 meters (6.2 feet) tall and weighs about 80 kilograms (176 lbs). SCPA-EN-00184's anomalous effect is triggered when it plays a musical instrument in a manner that produces sounds of at least 50 decibels.

When SCPA-EN-00184 plays a musical instrument in someone's presence, it will produce sounds that are both pleasing to the ear and analyze the subject's personality, emotions, and personality traits. SCPA-EN-00184 will then begin to play a song that perfectly encapsulates the subject's personality. When SCPA-EN-00184 plays music, it is capable of manipulating individuals' perceptions, causing them to develop intense emotions, either positive or negative, depending on the music being played.

SCPA-EN-00184 is an excellent musician, equally proficient in playing several instruments. Most subjects report feeling radically different emotions when listening to SCPA-EN-00184. Some subjects have reported feeling intense sadness, others described feeling intense euphoria, while others experienced extreme fear. The effect of SCPA-EN-00184's music is more pronounced the longer one is exposed to it.
