SCPA-EN-260 is a humanoid entity measuring approximately 1.8m in height, and weighing an estimated 75 kg. The entity displays extensive damage to its biological structure, exhibiting acute dehydration, multiple fractures, and signs of partial incineration, indicating that it had experienced intense conflict before containment.

SCPA-EN-260's internal chronology is constantly fluctuating resulting in various time-manipulating abilities. These include the ability to accelerate, pause or reverse the time stream of objects and individuals within its vicinity, as well as produce temporal fields, potentially erasing objects or entities from existence. SCPA-EN-260 has demonstrated the capability of lowering the temperature around it to below freezing, and also shows a limited type of combat precognition, allowing SCPA-EN-260 to evade incoming attacks.

SCPA-EN-260 emits a bright green colored light consistently throughout its body. SCPA-EN-260's eyes produce a radiant red hue, driven by internal quantum fluctuations. When SCPA-EN-260 activates its abilities, it will generate a flash of light in a 2 to 3-meter radius around its point of origin, which will have deleterious effects on living beings, causing intense pain and temporary blindness.

The decision to maintain SCPA-EN-260's detonation collar is based on assessments made by previous research teams that formulated hypotheses in which SCPA-EN-260 could be able to exhibit significant telekinetic manipulation, ultimately encompassing the capacity to rupture standard containment structures.
