Description:
SCPA-EN-00209 is a mechanical device resembling a Swiss army knife. It is constructed with an unknown metal alloy and is engraved with an unknown symbol on the handle. SCPA-EN-00209 is capable of opening and manipulating portals in both space and time. The device can create portals that lead to any point in time, as far back as 60,000 years and as far forward as 50 years. SCPA-EN-00209 can also cut through both time and space, causing objects or even living beings to be sliced apart. The sliced object or being will be divided into separate temporal or spatial sections, potentially causing catastrophic effects.

SCPA-EN-00209 was recovered after it was involved in a terrorist attack in ████████, killing over 350 individuals. The device was retrieved by the Foundation and was then designated as SCPA-EN-00209.
