Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00109 is to be contained in a standard anomalous object locker in Site-██. Access to SCPA-EN-00109 requires Level 2 clearance and must be approved by at least one Level 3 personnel. The object's container must remain closed at all times unless approved experimentation is being carried out.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00109 is a small bottle of black ink. The bottle is made of glass and has a metal cap with a seal that reads, "Paradox Ink." The label on the bottle indicates that the ink is used for permanent marker pens. When SCPA-EN-00109 is used to draw, the affected area will change to an earlier time frame. SCPA-EN-00109 appears to have no effect on time outside of the affected area.

Ink applied with SCPA-EN-00109 does not adhere to the rules of causality or consistency. Subjects who use SCPA-EN-00109 have reported anomalous experiences ranging from minor changes to their surroundings to becoming trapped in impossible scenarios. SCPA-EN-00109 has been shown to potentially render some areas of space-time uninhabitable.

Additional Information:
Current experiments have shown that SCPA-EN-00109 is effective at creating temporal duplicates of objects and living beings. These duplicates often display anomalous properties which may vary between objects, and may disappear after some time with no visible effects.
