SCPA-EN-00344 is to be kept in a secure, climate-controlled storage container at Site-19. Only personnel with Level-3 clearance or above are authorized to access SCPA-EN-00344. Any experimentation or testing with it must first be approved by at least two Level-3 personnel.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00344 is a 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm cube made of what appears to be polished steel. It weighs exactly 1 kg and is completely impossible to move from its current location or manipulate in any way. SCPA-EN-00344 emits a low-level hum, and its surface is malleable and reflects its surroundings perfectly, making it difficult to discern when observing it. Due to its reflective nature, SCPA-EN-00344 appears to change size and shape depending on the location and angle of the viewer.

Attempts to cut into or damage SCPA-EN-00344 have been unsuccessful, and it appears to be indestructible. There are no identifying marks or symbols on the surface of SCPA-EN-00344, and any attempts at scanning it have been inconclusive.

The most unusual property of SCPA-EN-00344 is that any object or material placed within 10 cm of it will become frozen in space and unable to move or interact with any other object or material. As long as the object or material remains within the 10 cm range, it cannot be moved, damaged or destroyed by any known means. Even attempting to move SCPA-EN-00344 without proper procedure will result in instantaneous freezing of the object.

Additional Information:
Any personnel who come into contact with SCPA-EN-00344 must undergo a debriefing and quarantine procedure to minimize the risk of contamination or manipulation. SCPA-EN-00344 appears to have been lost for some time and was only recently found in a deserted laboratory in Central Europe.

The origin of SCPA-EN-00344 is currently unknown, but it is suspected to have been developed by a rogue research group in the early 20th century. Further research and investigation is ongoing.
